For all our guests
Pet Food Policy:
You can bring your pet's food to the Pet Resort, but it should be in a hard plastic container with a lid that seals, not in the original bag or Ziplock baggie.
If you don't have a container, you can buy one at the clinic for $10 when you drop off your pet.
Reservation Policy:
You need to provide a credit card number to make a reservation.
Your card will only be charged $50 if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don't show up.
The card on file won't be used for payment and will be destroyed after your pet's stay.
You'll need to provide a credit card number for each reservation, but we can keep it on file to make future bookings easier.

🐾 Multi-dog families may board their dogs together in the larger luxury suites if desired. This allows the dogs to stay together and enjoy each other's company while being accommodated in a spacious and comfortable environment.
*🐾 Attention Boarding Animal Owners: Please be advised that a cleansing bath is required for all boarding animals on the morning of their departure.
